Roles

For feedback and customer data, the subscribing business is the controller and Etiquette Technologies is the processor acting on documented instructions configured in the platform.

Sub-processors

Hosting provider of pulse.etiquetteai.in; Razorpay (payments); the email, SMS and WhatsApp providers the business configures; the AI provider configured by the platform administrator. A current list is available on request.

Retention and deletion

Per-organisation retention (30–3650 days) purges feedback text automatically. Organisations can request deletion of customer identities and their histories; deletion workflows are logged.

Data location

Data is hosted in the region of the production server; enterprise plans can discuss residency requirements.

Breach notification

We notify affected controllers without undue delay after confirming a personal-data breach.
