How it works
Capture → Analyze → Discard media → Store insight
A short tour of the lifecycle of one piece of feedback.

Lifecycle
Step by step
1
Capture
A visitor uses the widget or opens a single-use link. Camera and microphone need an explicit click; forms show only relevant questions.
2
Analyze
Text and transient media are analysed in memory; the model returns closed-vocabulary signals and attribute assessments with evidence.
3
Discard media
Raw image, video and audio buffers are released immediately — nothing is written to disk, database, object storage or logs.
4
Store insight
Structured results, consented text and consent records are stored under the tenant with a retention period.
5
Act
Low satisfaction opens an issue and a follow-up; KPIs, trends and reports update; reminders stop the moment a customer submits.

What is stored and what is not
| Stored | Never stored |
|---|---|
| Ratings, scores, selected options, typed text (with consent), AI results and model version, consent records, delivery acknowledgements, audit events | Raw photos, video frames, audio, face embeddings, identity or demographic inferences, raw tokens of feedback links |
