FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short, direct answers. Ask anything else at contact@etiquette.ltd.

Do you store customer photos, videos or voice recordings?

No. Media is processed in memory and discarded immediately after analysis. Only structured insight and text the customer typed are kept.

Does the widget turn the camera on automatically?

Never. Camera and microphone are requested only after the visitor reads a consent notice and clicks to continue, and are released as soon as capture ends.

Do you do facial recognition or detect age, gender or ethnicity?

No. Pulse performs no facial identification, matching or protected-trait inference, and we describe signals conservatively rather than claiming to know a person's emotions.

Can businesses remove negative reviews?

No. Businesses can reply publicly and flag policy violations; only Etiquette moderators can hide a review, with a recorded reason, and moderation counts are shown on the profile.

How do single-use feedback links work?

Each invitation gets a cryptographically random token; we store only its hash. The link expires at the time you choose, becomes invalid after one successful submission, and never shows previous answers.

Which languages do feedback forms support?

English and Tamil today, per question. More languages can be added per template.

How are CSAT, NPS and CES calculated?

From compatible survey questions only: CSAT is the share of 1-5 answers at 4 or 5; NPS is % promoters (9-10) minus % detractors (0-6); CES is the mean of a 1-7 effort question. Sample sizes and denominators are shown with every figure.

Is payment handled securely?

Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Checkout and webhook signatures are verified server-side and a plan is activated only after Razorpay confirms the payment.
