Payment and refund policy

Payments

Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, monthly or annually in advance. GST at the applicable rate is added and a tax invoice is issued for every successful payment.

Trial

New organisations receive a 14-day trial. No payment is taken until you choose a plan.

Renewal and failed payments

Plans renew automatically. If a renewal fails we notify you and retry according to the provider schedule; access may be limited after the grace period.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in case of duplicate charges or verified billing errors. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay; a refund is final only when the provider confirms it.
