Who we are

Etiquette Pulse AI is operated by Etiquette Technologies, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India (contact@etiquette.ltd). For feedback collected on behalf of a business, that business is the data controller and we process data on its instructions.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, organisation, role.
• Feedback data: ratings, selected options, typed text (stored only with consent), structured AI results, consent records, the page URL without query strings, device category and country.
• Customer invitation data provided by the business: name, email or mobile, segment, transaction reference.
• Billing data: plan, invoices, GSTIN, payment references (card details are handled by Razorpay, not us).

What we never store

Raw photos, video frames or audio; facial templates; demographic or protected-trait inferences; raw tokens of single-use links.

Retention

Each organisation sets a retention period (30–3650 days). Feedback text is purged at the end of the period; aggregates are kept. Audit logs are kept for security purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@etiquette.ltd or to the business that collected it. Opt-outs for email, SMS and WhatsApp are honoured immediately.

Sharing

Processors: hosting, Razorpay (payments), the configured email/SMS/WhatsApp provider, and the AI provider configured for analysis (text only, or transient media where enabled and documented in the AI policy). We do not sell personal data.
