What it adds

Feedback form

Floating button on every page or an inline form via [pulse_feedback]: stars, emoji, text, experience attributes, NPS/CES, optional photo/video/voice analysed in memory and discarded.

Review wall

[pulse_reviews limit="6"] shows only published, moderated reviews. The overall rating appears only after the minimum number of reviews — never an invented score.

Analytics widget

CSAT, NPS, CES and CX index on your WordPress dashboard for the selected period, fetched server-side with a read-only key that is never printed to visitors.

Domain verification

Prints the pulse-site-verification meta tag so Pulse can verify you own the domain — no DNS change needed.

Setup

Install in four steps

1 · Upload

Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the zip → Activate.

2 · Site key

Settings → Etiquette Pulse → paste the public Site key from Pulse → Websites → your site → Install.

3 · Verify

Paste the verification token, then click Verify (meta tag) in Pulse. Your listing goes live in the directory.

4 · Place shortcodes

Add [pulse_feedback] to a “Share your experience” page and [pulse_reviews] to your home page or footer.
