Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating an organisation you agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation.

2. Your responsibilities

You must have a lawful basis and the customer's consent where required to collect feedback, send invitations and publish reviews. You must honour opt-outs and messaging regulations for email, SMS and WhatsApp.

3. Acceptable use

No scraping of third-party platforms through our service, no incentivised or fabricated reviews, no attempts to identify individuals from media, and no interference with moderation.

4. Reviews

Published reviews belong to their authors and are moderated under the review guidelines. Businesses cannot remove reviews for being negative and cannot purchase ratings.

5. Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. See the payment and refund policy.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
