Scope

This policy covers every business page on Etiquette Pulse AI, both verified pages managed by owners and unclaimed pages that Etiquette Pulse AI created from public data.

Definitions

A verified listing has been claimed and checked by Etiquette Pulse AI for its owner. An unclaimed listing is a directory record not yet claimed or verified by the business. Its page carries a notice saying so.

How listings are created

Unclaimed listings are created by Etiquette Pulse AI from public business data obtained through authorised interfaces, mainly the Google Places API. We store only a business identifier and our own label (name, category and city). Ratings and reviews are fetched at the time a page is viewed.

What an unclaimed listing means

It does not mean the business is a customer, partner, endorser or affiliate of Etiquette Pulse AI, or that it has approved the page. We do not imply otherwise.

Corrections and removal

Owners and others can ask us to correct or remove a listing at contact@etiquette.ltd. See also the Takedown Requests page. We aim to act promptly on removal requests from the business concerned, subject to verifying who is asking.

Ranking

Pages are not ranked higher because a business pays. Paid or sponsored placements, if ever introduced, will be labelled.

Limitations

Information from public sources may be incomplete or out of date. Etiquette Pulse AI has not independently verified it for unclaimed listings.
