Scope

This policy explains how ownership of a listing is claimed and how claims are reviewed. A self-service claim form is planned; until it is available, claims are handled by email.

Definitions

A claim is a request by a person to manage a listing for a business. An authorised representative is someone permitted to act for the business.

How to claim

Send a claim to contact@etiquette.ltd naming the listing and the business, with your name, role and contact details, and evidence that you represent the business.

Verification

Knowing a business's email address or phone number is not enough to gain access. We may ask for documents such as registration records, a domain or email verification, or confirmation from a known business channel. A person at Etiquette Pulse AI reviews each claim.

Outcomes

A claim may be approved, rejected with a stated reason, or held for more information. Duplicate or competing claims are resolved before access is given. Access can be revoked if the claim was false or the person no longer represents the business.

Disputes and appeals

If a claim is rejected or two parties dispute ownership, either may appeal in writing to contact@etiquette.ltd with additional evidence.

Operator responsibilities

We keep a record of claim decisions. Claiming a listing does not allow a business to alter genuine ratings, hide legitimate criticism or buy a better position.

Contact or complaint channel

Write to contact@etiquette.ltd. See also Grievance Redressal.
