Scope

This policy covers moderation of reviews, feedback, business responses and listing information on Etiquette Pulse AI.

How content is reviewed

Content may be flagged by users, by businesses or by automated checks, and is then reviewed by a person before significant action is taken.

Possible actions

Leave as is, ask for edits, hide pending review, or remove. Content is not removed simply because it is negative or because a business objects to it.

Notices

Where practical, the person affected is told what action was taken and why.

Challenging a decision

Write to contact@etiquette.ltd quoting the content and the decision. A different person will look at it again where possible.

Limitations

Automated checks can be wrong. We do not guarantee that all inappropriate content is found or that every decision will please everyone.

Contact or complaint channel

Write to contact@etiquette.ltd. See also Grievance Redressal.
