Scope

This policy describes retention for data processed by Etiquette Pulse AI. Specific retention periods are being finalised and will be stated here.

Google data

Only the place identifier and our own labels are stored. Ratings and reviews are fetched live and cached for a short time only.

Customer media

Pulse is designed not to store customer voice, photo or video media; only the resulting insight is kept.

Feedback and account data

Kept while the business account is active and as needed for legal and security reasons, then deleted or anonymised. Exact periods will be published after review.

Deletion requests

People can ask for their personal data to be deleted at contact@etiquette.ltd. See the Privacy Policy at /privacy/.
